Where are your products made?
Incolay is proudly made in the United States of America.  Our manufacturing facility is located in Gardena, CA.


How can I get a price list?
Please visit our "Price List page" to request a current price list.  After filling out the form, an Incolay representative will contact you within 24 business hours.


What is your lead time for shipping?
If the product is already in stock, we will ship it the same day via USPS Priority Mail.  If it has to be made, please allow 48 hours before it ships.  We can accomodate emergency orders for same day shipping, providing we receive your order no later than 1:00 pm EST.  And of course, we can ship overnight if needed.


What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are provided on our current price list. and are based on the weight of your order.  Please visit our "Price List page" to request a price list.


Can any of these products be ordered in another color?
Yes, every item we sell can be made in any of Incolay's 14 colors.  Please see our "color page" for choices.


Can Incolay Stone be engraved?
Yes!  Laser engraving is the best method for engraving on Incolay Stone.  If we provide the engraving, allow an extra 48-72 hours before the product ships.  Prices are determined on a case-by-case basis.  Please call 1-800-462-6529 for a quote.

Yes, net 30 terms are available to qualified customers.  We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
